That information, together with a group of personal data will be required to log in and have the functions enabled. The information entered is compared with the employee information that already exists stored in our databases, so personal data that is not in the possession of a company is not required.The data entered incorrectly that does not correspond to an employee, is not stored and the request to register as a user of the application is rejected.The location is obtained and recorded when they generate a signing event or an operating part. This information is mandatory and used to validate that the employee was at the place of the reported task.When generating a part, the application allows the use of the camera to attach the image of the physical document signed by the client.
